In 2022, Redstone Architects was engaged by DMC Group to provide professional services to DMC Group to implement the Owner’s conceptual design layouts for the GSD Yard Building portion of the project. Redstone and its consultants provided a narrative of the existing building conditions, proposed scope of building renovations, and coordinated with the engineers for CDs. The facility’s renovation included major upgrades to the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and overall architectural modernizations.

The renovated building is located on Joy Road and was completed in March of 2023.
