Redstone Architects was asked to join the Progressive Companies team to offer our public safety expertise to the Township of Cascade for their fire station study.

At the time, the station didn’t comply with national standards, had undersized living quarters and apparatus bays, and lacked adequate mechanical systems.

The study included developing a space needs assessment, creating block diagrams, conceptual site diagrams for multiple potential sites, and assisting with cost estimating.
