Bridgeport WV Public Safety Substation Under Construction

Bridgeport West Virginia's Public Safety Substation is under construction.  The 16,000 square foot facility is being built on the north side of Bridgeport to serve a growing area of the city, including a major new medical facility. 

The three-bay substation will have a full-time fire department and EMS presence.  In addition, the facility has space for the police department to take and write reports, as well as to interview detainees prior to booking.

Construction is scheduled for completion the Fall of 2009.  WYK Architects of Clarksburg, WV is the architect of record.
